Well, I’m not straight out of school: I’m probably more your age. We’ll have background in common.
I’m not a tech geek. I know how to do this stuff, but I won’t talk jargon at you or try to, like, wow you with, like, amazing information you don’t need.
I’m a small business owner. I know that no matter how fantastic the latest $200 per hour, $10,000 piece of hardware is, your costs have to be in proportion to your returns.
I get a kick out of making existing equipment work for longer and out of finding alternative, lower cost ways (I like solving problems), and that may be good for you.
Finally, that feeling of panic when a system suddenly gets in the way of you and a deadline; I understand it first hand. I won’t leave you in the lurch.
So. If you want to work with a teenage tech geek; not me. If you want the latest and best, no matter what it costs, not me. If you want someone who’ll promise you the world, not me.
