Yes, it is the end of the world and the sky is falling! Believe me, I know the stress and pain a computer can cause, when it’s derailing plans you’ve worked hard at and deserve to succeed with.
My promise is, I’ll do everything humanly possible to get you back on track as fast as possible. Above and beyond, yes. After hours, holidays: if you’re working, I’ll work. And I won’t charge an arm and a leg for it.
But here’s the thing. Critical breakdowns have causes. The causes can be uncovered and fixed, so they are less likely to happen again.
If you have crisis breakdowns, after you are breathing again, I’ll be wanting to review what went wrong and recommend ways to fix it for the future.
If you prefer just to go from crisis to crisis and do anything about the underlying cause, then I’m not the IT person you need.
